Course Goal

In this course,It is aimed to have knowledge about the basic concepts of economics and to teach how to use the knowledge learned theoretically in solving real-life problems.

Course Content

Economic Problem, Scarcity and Choice, Opportunity Cost, Production Possibility Curve, Theory of Supply, Theory of Demand, Market Equilibrium, Producer and Consumer Surplus, Price and Income Elasticity, Theory of Producer, Theory of Cost, Theory of Consumer and Market Types.
