Course Goal / Objective

Understanding the importance of communication and communication process, understanding the effect of perception, persuasion and empathy concepts in the communication process, and acquiring interpersonal communication skills.

Course Content

Communication Concept and Process Components, Communication Models, Types of Communication: Verbal Communication, Written Communication, Nonverbal Communication, Visual Communication, Constructive and Disruptive Barriers of Communication, Overcoming Communication Barriers and Effective Communication, Communication in Family, Communication and Empathy, Communication with Difficult People, Information and Communication will be processed.
