In this course, students; Human, universal declaration of human rights, European convention of human rights, philosophical foundations of human rights and democracy, social contract, collective life, the process of transforming the principles of human rights and democracy into behavior, the necessary behaviors for human rights and democracy in the input, process and output dimensions in the primary education system It is aimed to give information about.

Basic concepts of human rights, knowledge of basic concepts related to human rights, citizenship and democracy, understanding the historical development of human rights, understanding the transition process of human rights to the international arena, understanding how human rights are protected at national and international level, understanding of human rights and citizenship education. understanding of its importance.
