Course Goal / Objective

Kitle iletişim araçlarının kitleler üzerindeki etkilerinin ana akım yaklaşımlar aracılığıyla tarihsel ve sistemli bir şekilde açıklanarak kavratılması amaçlanmaktadır.

Course Content

Mass culture, popular culture, media systems and institutions, the effects of technology on mass media, mainstream approaches and theories in mass media studies.
