The realization of a healthy religious education first of all depends on the religious, psychological and pedagogical integrity of the studies in this field. In terms of the content of the religion taught, religious education has to make use of theology, especially child theology, psychology to better understand the developmental stages of the child, and pedagogy in terms of learning and teaching methods. A successful religious education; First of all, it should determine the developmental period of the child and then reveal the general developmental characteristics of the period in question. Knowing the physical, cognitive, language, psycho-social and religious development process of children, what the general characteristics of each developmental period should be, and what should be done practically to support them are indispensable elements of a healthy religious education.
