Course Goal / Objective

The main purpose of this course is to comprehend what family education and family participation are in early childhood and how it can be realized.

Course Content

Concept of family, theories of family, role of family in child development, family education programs; methods and techniques used in family education; scope and purpose of school-family cooperation studies; family involvement studies and barriers; Current concepts and studies in the field of family education and participation.
