Course Goal / Objective

To enable students to acquire theoretical and practical knowledge about science education in early childhood, to establish the relationship between science and technology, to gain awareness about using technology in science education, to follow current approaches and developments in the field of early childhood science education.

Course Content

The aim of science education in early childhood; relationship between science and technology; methods and techniques used in science education; current approaches and programs in science education; planning, implementation and evaluation processes of science activities; role of family in early childhood science education; Current studies in science education.
