Course Goal / Objective

Within the scope of this course, it is aimed for teachers to express themselves better and gain self-confidence by using effective communication techniques. In other words, it is aimed that teachers gain the ability to choose and apply appropriate techniques so that they can solve interpersonal communication problems and establish healthy communication.

Course Content

The course includes the general definition of the concept of communication, the communication process, its elements, its operation and problem solving methods.
