Course Goal / Objective

To teach the properties of plasmid vectors used in gene transfer and to teach what genes to be used in the analysis of transgenic plants and how to design primers.

Course Content

It includes the creation of plasmid vectors using recombinant DNA technologies, which are among the basic principles of gene transfer, the creation of conjugative and binary vector systems to be used in plant gene transfer, plant gene transfer methods and molecular testing of these genes. It covers the contents of vector constructs according to the methods used in gene transfer.
