Course Goal / Objective
To teach the control and reduction of the risk of metabolic disease through biomarkers in ruminant nutrition and to be able to apply in farm conditions.
Course Content
Description of biomarkers and using purpose of them, determination of biomarkers in milk, blood, and urine, interaction between nutrition and biomarkers, relationships between metabolic diseases and biomarkers.
Course Precondition
General Animal Nutrition and Ruminant Nutrition courses or instructor's approval are required.
