Course Goal / Objective
To provide students with knowledge and experience in isolation and inoculation of various bacteria living in soil and legume nodules.
Course Content
General and specific media, culture sampling, dilution and inoculation techniques, obtaining pure culture, morphological and microscopic observations, Gram-staining, O / F, oxidase, catalase, urease tests, classification.
