Course Goal

To explain modeling techniques; Classify empirical and deterministic models; To produce a mathematical model of measured data; Explain the beginning of dynamic modes and boundary conditions; To explain numerical analysis of mathematical models

Course Content

Empirical and semi-empirical models. Development of empirical models based on data and selection of parameters. Least squares method, interpolation and appraximation applications. Evaluation of the improved model. Agroecosystem models with dynamic model and parabolic type differential equations. Beginning of mathematical models and boundary conditions and numerical solution methods
