Course Goal / Objective
With this course, it is aimed that the student will be able to know different linear models that can be applied in the analysis of data obtained from clinical and epidemiological research methods, and to determine which of them will be appropriate in the analysis according to the characteristics of the data and to interpret the results of the application.
Course Content
In this course, the techniques used in linear model analysis will be explained with applications. Multivariate normal distribution, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, analysis of variance, analysis of covariance and random and fixed effect models will be covered in the course content.
Course Precondition
Knowledge of linear algebra at undergraduate level is required.
