Course Goal

The aim of this course is to enable students to reach information about evidence-based midwifery practices, basic definitions, sources of evidence, degrees of evidence, and reflect on their care.

Course Content

This course includes strategies and models for the development of evidence-based midwifery practice, identifying and selecting topics for evidence-based practice, characteristics and establishment of guideline development groups, identifying and evaluating evidence, transferring evidence to a clinical practice guideline, reviewing and updating guidelines.
