Course Goal / Objective
Günümüzde yaşam tarzı değişikliklerinin tedavide kullanımına yönelik yapılan bilimsel araştırmaların kavranmasını sağlamak.
Course Content
Changes in lifestyle changes in the pharmacological response and their mechanisms of action, pathological and therapeutic events depending on the diet, forms of exercise and their use in treatment, the effects of sleep on health and changes in the body caused by insomnia, the effects of positive and negative psychological states on health, psychological Changes in hormone synthesis and associated changes in pharmacological response with the condition, scientific research on the use of lifestyle changes in treatment today explain how lifestyle medicine can reduce the risk of heart disease, diabetes, cancer, osteoarthritis, dementia and many other chronic diseases.
