Course Goal / Objective
Student learns general intracellular ion measurement methods and comprehensions the microspectrofluorometrıc measurement method especially, measures intracellular ion dynamics by this method and evaluates the findings.
Course Content
General view at intracellular ion measurement methods and inspecting of microspectrofluorometrıc method in details, practicing on this method, measurement of intracellular ion dynamics and evaluation the findings.
