Course Goal / Objective
In this course, to gain knowledge and skills to be used in the field of practice related to the nature of management, management and organizational functions and processes, and to contribute to the appropriate behavior in situations where leadership is required.
Course Content
It includes leadership in nursing and its impact on the organization, the responsibilities of the leader, and her contributions to the organizational climate and formation
