Course Goal / Objective

Getting information about molecular structure of the cell and learning main techniques that is frequently used in molecular biology.

Course Content

Molecular structures and functions of the cell, biomolecules, genom structure, function and structure of DNA and RNA, transcription, translation, DNA isolation, agarose gel electrophoresis, types and usage areas of PCR, blotting techniques.
