Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is learning the cell culture techniques and applying them.
Course Content
Cell culture types, usage of Laminar Hood and Carbondioxide incubators, usage of Invert Microscope, obtaining and producing of the cells, mediums, serums and antibiotics used in cell culture, cell culture sterilization techniques.
