Course Goal

to explain the effects of psychology on the development of sportive performance, to apply mental training and deep relaxation exercise methods at a basic level, and to use the basic knowledge gained in the field of psychology to increase the performance of individuals and athletes.

Course Content

The field of sports psychology, its subjects; personality, motivation, arousal, stress and anxiety in sports; It covers the subjects of competition psychology, psychological skill training, attention, perception, concentration, overtraining, unhealthy behaviors in sports and exercise addiction. To be able to identify and discuss the psychological factors on sportive performance in a theoretical framework.
