Course Goal
Mantarın morfolojik ve biyolojik özelliklerinin tanıtılması ve farklı mantar türleri hakkında yorum yapmak amaçlanmıştır. Mantarın insan sağlığı açısından önemi anlatılır, mantar yetiştiriciliği dünyadaki ve Türkiye'deki son durumu ile kültür mantarı yetiştiriciliği hakkında örnekler verilir.
Course Content
Mushroom concepts and different types of mushrooms are defined. The importance of the mushroom in Turkey and the world and its cultivation techniques are discussed.
