Course Goal / Objective
To develop the skills of evaluating information, to provide access to social, cultural and scientific publications and to enable students to acquire the habit of using the library. Also learning to help those who are trying to reach information.
Course Content
The aim and history of librarianship, types of libraries, medical and health sciences libraries, electronic databases in medical libraries, the role and place of these libraries in the field of health and medicine, as well as the qualifications, duties and responsibilities of medical librarians trained in this field.
