Course Goal / Objective
Developing theory and information about nursing care models, health organizations and home care nursing, knowing the ethical problems in the field of home care and its importance for the individual / society, working together with related disciplines, following and using home care technologies, integrating their knowledge To train specialist nurses who examine with a broad and deep perspective, conduct research that will create evidence, follow policies, health organizations, legislation and regulations related to home care, and reflect their knowledge to the nursing profession and public health.
Course Content
This course covers the topics of home care nursing, home care organization, home care nursing duties-authorities-responsibilities, comprehensive evaluation of home care patients, home care in chronic diseases, patient-family education and counseling in home care, problems experienced by patient relatives and solutions. gives information on the place, importance, roles of nursing and in-depth expertise in nursing care.
