Course Goal

To know the concepts related to performance, to know the measurement and evaluation processes and concepts, to know the pulse count, blood pressure measurement, to know the measurement tests of basic motoric features, to determine the body composition

Course Content

Concepts related to athlete performance, measurement and evaluation criteria, the necessity of preparing simple tests and application procedures, body composition
