Course Goal / Objective

to provide students with the knowledge and skills to apply exercises for the fitness branch at an advanced level and to prepare a fitness exercise program.

Course Content

Fitness competition rules, the role of fitness trainer and communication skills, examining the relationship between fitness and bodybuilding, complementary exercises, physiological and psychological effects of different fitness training techniques and injuries, physiological and psychological effects of nutritional supplements in fitness training, cardiovascular exercises, body weight exercises exercises, exercises with fitness machines and free weights, mistakes and technical corrections made during the applications for the fitness branch, weekly, monthly and annual fitness exercise program planning principles, exercise program planning principles before and after the fitness competition.
