Course Goal

It is to provide individuals who are equipped with modern knowledge and skills, who know economic problems in agriculture, agriculture-based industries (especially food industry), natural resources and environment, and who can produce scientific solutions to these problems.

Course Content

Basic Concepts of Economy, - Basic Problems Every Economy Faces and Economic Systems, - Concept of Market and Market Types, - Price Theory, - Theory of Consumption, - Theory of Production, - Production Costs, - Equilibrium in Perfect Competition Market, - Equilibrium in Monopoly Market, - Basic indicators in macro economy will be covered.
