Course Goal / Objective
To give enough information about optimization and its techniques, to teach some mining problems optimization.
Course Content
Optimization and its concepts, optimization techniques, dynamic programming technique, selection of operating method, determination of optimum final open pit boundary, haulage road optimization, determination of optimum boundary grade and production amount, optimum excavation planning.
