Course Goal / Objective

Knowing the actual material behavior of concrete and reinforcement. Calculation of the dimensions of the elements and the amount of reinforcement with the load transfer of the reinforced concrete carrier systems to each other with these behaviors.

Course Content

Calculation of the dimensions and reinforcement amounts of the load-bearing elements of reinforced concrete structures (columns, beams, slabs) under the loads they carry.

Course Precondition

Physics course, static strength courses taken.

Resources

The notes prepared for the lessons are given to the student.

Notes

Reinforced Concrete Volume 1. Behavior and Calculation Principles Uğur Ersoy, Erdem Canbay, Güney Özcebe EVRİM YAYINLARI
