Teaching the Fundamentals of Anaerobic Treatment Technology

Course Content

Basic principles of anaerobic treatment, Comparison of anaerobic and aerobic treatment, Biochemistry and microbiology of anaerobic treatment, Fermentation of some general organic materials, Anaerobic treatment demands, Start-up and operating conditions, Optimum environmental conditions, Treatability studies, Anaerobic treatment kinetics, Application of anaerobic treatment to some selected industries
