Course Goal

Recognize the techniques and technologies of storing plant and animal foodstuffs without losing quality and quantity

Course Content

Storage of vegetables, fruits and meats with cooling and freezing techniques, ventilation and drying techniques of field crops, storage, techniques of forage crop storage as silage
