Course Goal

The general aim of the course is to gain management skills to be used in business life in the management and operation of accommodation establishments.

Course Content

Tourism industry and tourism businesses, hotel businesses and location selection, management functions in hotel businesses, rooms department in hotel businesses, food and beverage services department, purchasing department, marketing department, accounting department, human resources management in hotel businesses, information technologies, public relations in hotel businesses, innovation, technical service and security, entertainment services in hotel businesses
