Course Goal

The general aim of the course is to gain a general understanding of the concepts and processes of management and organization in business.

Course Content

Basic concepts of management, development of management science, planning and decision making, organizational structure and design, authority in business management, power and leadership, motivation, organizational communication, control, groups and teamwork in business management, knowledge management, global business management, intercultural management, new organizational designs, corporate social responsibility and ethics
