Course Goal

The general aim of the course is to provide a general understanding of crisis management and its functioning.

Course Content

The concept of crisis and the factors that create crisis in terms of businesses, the stages of the crisis process, its effects, the concept of crisis management, the crisis response process, the work to be done before the crisis, the work to be done during the crisis, the post-crisis management and case studies, the crisis communication process, the new media in crisis communication
