Course Goal

The importance of fruit growing in Turkey and the world from an economic perspective, important considerations in cultivation, and the need to know important species and varieties

Course Content

Fruit species and varieties grown in the world and in Turkey, production amounts, growing areas and cultivation problems, principles and concepts in fruit growing, establish gardening, post-harvest processes.
