Course Goal

The aim of this course is to train individuals who have strong theoretical and practical knowledge about the importance of the text, as a communication unit, in Turkish teaching.

Course Content

The importance of text in language teaching, text structure and types, characteristics of good text, text production phases, strategies of textualization and text analysis, textual theories and their analysis and applications in various types of texts.
