Course Goal / Objective
Basic concepts of communication and communication models, beginning and development of interpersonal relationships, theoretical approaches and models of interpersonal relationships, effective communication skills, effective listening, emphaty, self-disclosure, verbal - nonverbal communication, conflict resolution process and emotional intelligence
Course Content
The aim of this course is to gain knowledge on basic concepts of communication, communication models ,effective communication, facilitative and inhibitive factors effective on interpersonal communication, basic communication skills (effective listening skills, empathy etc.), conflict resolution process and develop effective communication skills.
