Course Goal

general knowledge about major concept of coastal zone ecosystems, remote sensing and Geographical Information Systems (GIS); the role of remote sensing and CBS in integrated coastal zone , resource management and biodiversity compose the main subject of the course with case studies in local and global scale.

Course Content

The potential of remote sensing and Geographical Information Systems about the changes at the coastal zones ,coastline deliniation,mapping coastal wetlands and biotopes .
