Course Goal

Latest developments in on-farm irrigation systems especially developments in pressurized irrigation systems will be introduced to students.

Course Content

Review od irrigation systems; latest developments in pressurized irrigation systems; advances in drip systems; sub-surface drip irrigation systems and application; fertigation; chemigation; automation; developments in sprinler systems; self-propelled mechanized systems; center-pivot, linear-move; LEPA, surge furrow; PRD applications.
