Course Goal

This course teaches teachers; To develop effective interpersonal communication skills, to cope with communication problems and to provide organizational communication skills.

Course Content

Communication, communication obstacles, humanistic education approach, teacher-student relationship, teacher-teacher relationship, administrator-teacher relationship, administrator- student relationship, administrator-teacher-student-family relationship, the ways of developing healthy relations, self esteem, sincerity, and empathy developing strategies for.
