Course Goal / Objective
The aim of the course is to convey the status of these nutrients in aquatic organisms to students while teaching useful nutrients. In addition, it is to teach the contents of nutrients in detail.
Course Content
It contains information about the nutritional content of seafood products in human nutrition, their benefits or allergic conditions.
