Course Goal

The aim of this course is to learn plastic pollution, to understand the effects of plastic pollution on life, to learn the interactions with organisms, to learn the research methods of plastic pollution and to know how to reduce plastic pollution.

Course Content

What is plastic What are plastic types Historical development of plastic production. Sources of plastic pollution. Ways of contamination of plastic pollution. Microplastic. The effect of plastic pollution on organisms. Methods of researching plastic pollution. Ways to reduce plastic pollution. Sustainable consumption.
