Course Goal / Objective
The aim is to gain adaptations related to the effects of exercise on the human organism and the adaptive responses to regular exercise.
Course Content
Functions of cells, tissues, organs and systems that make up the human body, physiological changes that occur during and after exercise, physiological factors that affect performance in different sports activities and adaptive responses that occur with regular exercise.
