Course Goal / Objective

To gain basic knowledge about physiological responses to exercise in different training practices and environmental conditions.

Course Content

This course includes the adaptation burns and physiological basis in the respiratory-circulatory and neuromuscular systems due to aerobic and training, the physiological causes of fatigue during different exercises, thermoregulation in exercise, high-altitude physiology, and training practices.
