Course Goal / Objective
This course covers the basic principles of coaching and teaching tennis. The role of the coach, effective communication techniques, problem solving and criticism skills are emphasized. It also focuses on tennis teaching methods, game strategies and tactics, developing game plans for tournament players, intuition and percentage play. Tennis biomechanics, balance, momentum and elastic energy are taught as well as practical applications to improve players' physical performance. The course allows players to improve their game strategy and perform more effectively by applying biomechanical knowledge.
Course Content
The aim of this course is to provide tennis coaches and players with the basic knowledge and skills to develop the game of tennis more efficiently. It aims to maximize the mental and physical performance of players by strengthening their communication skills, strategy and tactical practices. It also teaches players how to optimize their stroking techniques and make decisions based on game strategies through tennis biomechanics and practical applications. In this way, it aims to contribute to the professional development of both coaches and players.
