Course Goal / Objective

to provide students with the knowledge and skills to apply exercises for the fitness branch at an advanced level and to prepare a fitness exercise program.

Course Content

fitness basic techniques and skills, warm-up movements, equipment and materials used, examples of bodybuilding and fitness training and applications, giving theoretical information about applications.
