Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to understand the educational value of the basic sport branch of athletics, the precautions to be taken in disseminating the culture of athletics, the preparation of simple educational equipment that can be used in the learning-teaching process for the branch, to be informed about the monitoring, identification and guidance of children who are talented in athletics, the advanced technical learning exercises of the branches, the basic and advanced technical learning exercises of the branches, long and triple jump, basic and To ensure that they learn advanced level education and basic competition rules.
Course Content
History, rules and branches of athletics, advanced technical learning exercises of the branches, advanced technical learning exercises of the branches, basic and advanced level teaching of long and triple jump and basic competition rules with preparatory game exercises for the straight sprints, relay runs, distance runs and hurdles branches that constitute the sports branch of athletics.
