Course Goal / Objective

Within the scope of the course, students gain a comprehensive understanding of training planning in which theoretical knowledge and practical applications are integrated.

Course Content

It provides theoretical knowledge and practical applications about training planning in football and enables students to develop effective training programmes on a team basis.
