Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to provide students with the ability to apply technical skills specific to the artistic gymnastics branch and strategies for tactical applications at a basic level.
Course Content
It covers the history of gymnastics and competition rules, definitions and technical specifications of men's and women's artistic gymnastics equipment, floor, pommel horse, ring, jumping table, parallel, chin-up, asymmetric parallel, movements on balance equipment, stepping and preliminary exercises, technical skills specific to the artistic gymnastics branch and strategies for tactical applications.
