Course Goal / Objective

Knows the concept of training and its subtitles. Knows the basic concepts of training plan and program preparation. Knows the basic motoric features.

Course Content

KBasic principles of training science, training concept, definition and training of basic motoric characteristics, training planning, theory and practice of methods used in the development of some basic motoric characteristics.
