Course Goal / Objective

Displaying the basics skills of swimming as a sports activity and teaching these methods to others using the right methods, establishing the importance of swimming in daily life and in sports area

Course Content

Definition of swimming, history, safety rules, basic preparatory work in the water (standing on the water and progress), foot stroke, arm pull, breathing, coordination, turns and dives, observation, error detection and teaching knowledge in freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke techniques.
